You don’t need more time talking about it—you need the right kind of space to finally move it through.

Specializing in EMDR & Brainspotting

An EMDR or Brainspotting therapy intensive may be for you if…

  • You want EMDR or Brainspotting—but it hasn’t actually happened

  • Weekly therapy isn’t creating real movement (or doesn’t fit your life)

  • You’re tired of carrying this—and want relief sooner, not eventually

  • Something deeper is coming up—and you’re ready to face it

  • You want to do real trauma work—without leaving your current therapist

Focused Intensive Offerings:

For parents breaking cycles:
This is where you stop carrying what was handed to you—and start showing up differently with the people you love most.

This is your space to finally turn toward yourself—and process what’s been waiting underneath the busy years.

    • problems at school (bullying, academics, social pressure)

    • difficulty separating what happened to you from them.

    • Part of you knows you are competent at your job but you feel like nothing is ever good enough
